Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the terms of our return and refund policy.

1. Withdrawal period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to let us know if you are not satisfied, without having to justify a reason.

2. Return procedure

To start a return, contact our customer service at contact@barefycare.com, indicating your order number. You must then send the parcel back to us in its original condition.

3. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Refund processing

Once your return has been received and verified, we will fully refund the price you paid for the item, via the original payment method, within a maximum of 14 days.
